Useless purchase, horrible customer service

I was very excited to finally find someone that could provide a replacement turret for my Nikon scope. When it arrived, it had no center pin/**** with it. I assumed that would be part of the purchase. If you're missing the turret, you're probably missing that center **** as well. I immediately sent an email asking if that was something Kenton could provide, and if not, could they point me in the direction of someone that could. Without it the turret is useless to me. This was on Jan 13. I got no response. I've tried again on Jan 22 and Feb 10 with the same result. These all went to the Info - Kenton Industries address, and was a reply to a previous response I'd received from customer service about shipping. So I know it's monitored. I'm at a loss and am completely frustrated with what was such an exciting purchase for me.
