Very professional

Ordered strip for wrong scope. Called customer service and they were very understanding of my mistake. Was able to make sure my order was correct and expedited getting another one shipped to me. Didn’t charge me full price even though the mistake was on me. Really appreciated their professionalism and customer service. Will absolutely use them again.
